Who supplies the materials and fittings?
This is agreed for each project. We’ll clarify the building materials we supply and any kitchen units, bathroom fittings, tiles or other items you’ll need to provide.
How are payments arranged?
The payment stages and amounts are agreed for the job. Your payment schedule can set out the percentage and amount due at each milestone.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Your location, a description of the work and your preferred timescale are a good start. Photos, measurements and any existing drawings can help us understand the project.
